DESCRIPTION
The MINI oil-water separator is used to purify rain and waste water contaminated with petroleum products, fats, oils, sand, dust, mud and others. This oil-water separator is suitable for cleaning small quantities of liquids. It is suitable for underground parking lots, garages, car washes, etc. The MINI is made from spirally wound polyethylene pipes and extruded plates welded with a manual extruder.
APPLICATION
Fluids enter the MINI through the inlet pipe. A deflector is welded at the end of the pipe, which reduces the dynamic effects of the liquid on the facility, which also helps the more efficient settling of the solid particles it carries. The liquid contains droplets of fats, oils and other petroleum products that begin to stick to the surface of the coalescing filter. They gradually aggregate and begin to rise to the top because they have a lower volumetric weight, and the filter does not let them pass thanks to its fine mesh structure. In this way the liquid that passes through the box and the outlet pipe is purified.
QUALITY
HYDROOIL MINI is manufactured according to the BDS EN 858 standard. Regarding the reaction to fire, MINI is class E. The appliance has been tested and has the necessary documents guaranteeing its quality.
EFFICIENCY
The system is based on physical laws of fluid mechanics and hydrodynamics. Excellent coalescing filter - fine purification through geotextile cover and polyethylene mesh. Deflector reducing the dynamic effects on the facility and helping the effective sedimentation of solid particles (sand, mud, etc.).
INSTALLATION
1) An excavation is made to install the corresponding oil-water separator. The natural slope of the soil should be respected at a depth of up to 3.5 m, and the excavation should be strengthened at a greater depth. If the soil is weak, it should be strengthened using the appropriate methods. In the case of high groundwater and danger of surfacing, the necessary measures must be taken (drainage of the trench, strengthening of the facility against surfacing, etc.) and the necessary calculations must be made. 2) The bottom of the trench must be compacted very well. 3) A sand cushion (well compacted) or a concrete pad is installed, depending on the size of the facility and the load. 4) The device is placed in the trench. 5) The trench is filled by compacting it in several stages of 40-50 cm. Soil with a suitable grain size or large fraction of sand is used. Work carefully with a combination of coarse sand fraction and mixed gravel fraction so as not to cause damage to the facility. During the installation of the equipment, the requirements of the BDS EN 1610 standard must be observed.
